Bipolar Disorder: A Trauma-informed Psychology (for mental health professionals)
This is a detailed course for mental health professionals, including psychotherapists, counsellors and psychologists.
The course consists of three sections:
1. The prevailing view/understanding of bipolar disorder;
2. A critique of this prevailing view/understanding of bipolar disorder;
3. A detailed trauma-and psychologically-informed understanding of the experiences and behaviours that come to be described and diagnosed as bipolar disorder.
